1. Digital service — no physical shipping

Amplifeed is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All products and services offered by AV Advertising India Pvt Ltd. through Amplifeed are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping or delivery is involved in any transaction.

2. How access is delivered

Upon successful payment, access to Amplifeed's features is granted instantly to your workspace:

• Credits are added to your workspace balance immediately after payment verification.
• Platform features unlock instantly — no download or installation required.
• A payment confirmation is sent to the email address registered with your account.

3. International customers

Amplifeed is accessible globally. All services are delivered via the internet. Customers outside India can access the platform in the same manner as domestic customers — no additional shipping charges or delivery timelines apply.

4. Failed or delayed access

If you have completed a payment but your credits or features have not been updated within 15 minutes, please contact us at support@amplifeed.tech with your payment reference number. We will resolve the issue within 1 business day.
