Amplifeed Privacy Policy

1. What Amplifeed does

Amplifeed helps businesses connect lead sources, map incoming lead fields into CRM records, and manage messaging, campaigns, and automations across channels like WhatsApp, email, forms, webhooks, Google Sheets, and calendars.

2. Data we access

Depending on the integrations a workspace enables, Amplifeed may access contact details, lead form responses, spreadsheet rows, booking metadata, calendar events, campaign settings, and provider account metadata needed to power the requested product features.

3. How we use Google data

When a user connects Google Sheets, Amplifeed uses read-only Google Drive and Google Sheets access to let the user browse spreadsheets, select a sheet and tab, preview columns, map fields, and sync selected data into the user’s CRM workspace.

When a user connects Google Calendar, Amplifeed uses calendar access to let the user choose calendars and sync booking events between Amplifeed and Google Calendar.

Amplifeed does not sell Google user data. We use connected data only to provide user-facing features that the user explicitly enabled inside the product.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Amplifeed may share data with subprocessors or infrastructure providers that help operate the service, such as cloud hosting, databases, workflow processors, and messaging providers. We do not share connected provider data for advertising or resale.

5. Data retention and deletion

Workspace owners can remove integrations, delete source records, or request account deletion. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain system integrity.
